Talent dynamics

It allows you to record self-assessment of talents when working with a group and there isn't a separate deck for each participant. Each person records their talents according to the degree to which they recognize them in themselves.

When to use itUse it with a shared deck: present the cards and continue following the steps in the guide.

How to use this resource

This template allows for individual self-assessment within a group when there aren't enough decks of cards. Distribute one template per person and reveal the cards from a single deck of talents.

Each participant writes the name of their talent in the column that corresponds to the level of presence they perceive within themselves, from 1 to 5. 5 represents the highest level of presence. Then, continue with the steps of the activity described in the guide.
