What do you need now?

Not all teams arrive looking for the same thing.

Some organizations want to give their team a memorable and engaging experience. Others need to address a specific challenge. And still others want to establish a methodology that can be used internally for future reference.

How it works

Three entry points to the team

Cards, images, and maps to start with experience, not theory. Each person chooses, places, and explains; the group compares. No one has to improvise a speech about themselves.

Talents

How each person contributes, what comes naturally to them, and what strengths the team recognizes in them.

Values

What is important and how does it translate into criteria, limits, and agreements?.

Emotions

What is happening, what information does it bring, and what response does the situation demand?.

Each person decides what to share. Facilitation sets the guidelines and controls the pace: no one is exposed unwillingly.
Two ways of working

With assistance or independently

It depends on whether you want to solve a specific problem or leave the methodology installed within.

The process

We design what's needed, not a generic workshop

From the first conversation to the agreements and next steps that the organization takes.

01

We understand

We identified what is happening, what the team needs, and what should be different after the experience.

02

We design

We selected the appropriate route, dynamics, format, materials, and facilitation team.

03

We facilitate

We created a carefully curated space to participate, understand new perspectives, and work on the challenge in depth.

04

We agreed

We record lessons learned, agreements, and next steps in writing, with a review after three months when the process requires it.

What if the challenge lies not only in the team, but also in how the organization defines and communicates itself?

Brand Story & Strategy is a participatory process for organizing purpose, values, value proposition, and messaging. It helps align people internally so they can then communicate with a unique and consistent voice.

Before deciding

Frequent questions

Are you looking for team building or do you need to work on a team challenge?

We can design both. A KitCo team building prioritizes fun, connection, and mutual discovery, but it also leaves added value that continues afterward. When there's a specific objective—communication, conflict resolution, trust, leadership, culture, well-being, or change—we select specific activities and agree on the desired outcome of the workshop.

Which option is a better fit: a streamlined experience or implementing KitCo internally?

If you want to tackle a specific challenge, KitCo can design and facilitate the complete experience. If you're looking to use the methodology on an ongoing basis, internal implementation includes kits, digital resources, guides, hands-on training, and support. You can also start with a facilitated experience and then decide whether you want to continue.

Does KitCo adapt to our team or do you work with closed workshops?

Each proposal is based on the context, the objective, and the participants. From there, we select the activities, materials, and format that best suit the needs. The catalog serves as a starting point, but we don't use the same workshop for every team.

What results can the team expect?

It depends on the objective, but a KitCo experience aims to transform the conversation into something actionable: a shared understanding of what's happening, new perspectives, clear priorities, and concrete agreements or next steps. Before starting, the desired outcome of the intervention and how it will be documented are defined.

How much does it cost and what does the proposal include?

The price depends on the objective, number of participants, duration, materials, travel, and the facilitation team required. After a brief consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope, format, schedule, team, materials, and price before making any decisions.

How many people is it designed for?

KitCo can be used with a small team, with multiple teams, or in immersive experiences for up to 400 people. For larger groups, parallel rooms or spaces are used, along with the necessary facilitation equipment to maintain participation and depth.

Is KitCo a game, a test, or a work methodology?

KitCo uses cards, images, boards, and game elements to facilitate participation and spark different conversations. It doesn't categorize people, doesn't provide a rigid profile, and isn't a psychological diagnosis. The game is the means; the goal is to understand, converse, and progress.

How are confidentiality and the participation of individuals protected?

Each person decides what to share and can pass the turn. Before starting, everyone agrees on what information will be collected, for what purpose, and what the organization will receive upon completion. KitCo is not used to rate individuals or to make selection or performance evaluation decisions.

Can it be used when there is an open conflict?

It depends on the nature and intensity of the conflict. We'll assess with you whether KitCo is appropriate, whether it should be integrated into a broader process, or whether specialized intervention is needed. If we believe it's not the right time or tool, we'll tell you.

Can we continue using KitCo after this experience?

Yes. In a facilitated experience, we provide the necessary materials for the session. If you wish to use the methodology on an ongoing basis, we can propose an internal implementation with KitCo Professional, digital resources, guides, training, and initial support.

Can it be subsidized by FUNDAE?

Some training activities may meet the requirements for subsidized training, although not all workshops or individual sessions qualify. It's advisable to specify this when requesting the proposal to ensure the correct format and required documentation are defined.

Can you work with public administrations and entities?

Yes. KitCo Valley, SLU works with companies, public administrations, universities, educational centers, and social entities. We can provide the necessary administrative and technical documentation for contracting or bidding procedures.

Let's start with your context

Tell us what your team needs

You don't need to know which format to choose. Just tell us what's happening and what should be different; we'll work out the best approach.

  1. We will respond as soon as possible. With two or three questions to understand the context, or directly with a date to talk.
  2. Half an hour of conversationNo commitment and no sales presentation. If KitCo isn't a good fit, we'll tell you right then and there.
  3. Proposal Including scope, schedule, provider, and price.
The important thing It's about starting the right conversation and turning it into a useful next step for the team.
