What happens in a workshop

The group experiences the methodology and applies it to their own reality.

The cards allow you to begin by looking and choosing. Then words, examples, and other perspectives appear. The workshop ends with a lesson learned, an agreement reached, or a question that warrants further exploration.

Custom formats

A workshop for the moment your center is in.

We start with the group and the objective. We adjust the dynamics, duration, and materials before finalizing the proposal.

We come when your center needs…

  • Strengthen the cohesion of the faculty.
  • Practice more assertive communication.
  • To support the students' orientation.

This is what a workshop could look like.

ESO · Group cohesion

In a typical 2.5-hour session, the group identifies their talents, shares concrete recognition, and concludes with an agreement that can be revisited in the classroom.

This is a general example: we adapt the format, dynamics and duration to each center.
Planning my workshop
We chose the focus

Talents, values and emotions at the service of a real challenge.

We can work on one entrance or combine several in a route designed for your stage and your goal.

01 · TALENTS

Recognize what each person contributes

Students discover their own abilities and receive concrete feedback from the group. We can connect these with roles, projects, or guidance.

Trust · recognition · complementary teams
02 · VALUES

Turning priorities into agreements

The letters help to express what matters to each person and translate it into visible decisions and behaviors in the classroom.

Coexistence · boundaries · meaningful decisions
03 · EMOTIONS

Finding words for what's happening

Images open up dialogue and expand emotional vocabulary to understand, listen, and express oneself more accurately.

Expression · empathy · assertive communication

We also designed orientation, group cohesion and teacher well-being routes by combining these three dimensions.

How do we do it?

From the context of the center to a meaningful experience.

The proposal defines who the workshop is for, what it aims to cover, and what can continue after the session.

Before we begin

Frequent questions

We adapt to each center. These answers will help you start the first conversation.

How long does a workshop last?

The most common format is 2.5 hours. The duration is adjusted according to the stage, the group size, and the objective agreed upon with the center.

Can you work with students, teachers, or families?

Yes. We facilitate workshops for students, experiences for staff, and implementation sessions for teams already using KitCo. If your school would like to organize a workshop for families, tell us what topic interests you and we will prepare a proposal.

Do we need to buy KitCo to do the workshop?

We can provide an initial experience with the necessary materials. If you then wish to use the methodology continuously, we will help you choose the configuration of kits, resources, and training that best suits your center.

For what ages and stages is it suitable?

We adapt our approach from preschool and primary school through secondary school, high school, vocational training, professional development programs, and other youth programs. The dynamics, language, and depth of the conversation change.

What is the price?

We will prepare a proposal based on the objective, duration, number of participants, materials, and travel expenses. You will receive the scope and price before making a decision.

What happens after the workshop?

At the end of the session, we'll specify which learnings, agreements, or questions the center wants to revisit. If you're looking for continuity, we can support the team or help you use KitCo with your own planning.
