STEP OF THE KitCo METHOD

KitCo's methodology is based on these premises:

  • Our expertise in COACHING It allows us to help you get your VALUE PROPOSAL, from the inside out, and know how to connect with your TARGET PUBLIC. We involve the human team to get the best out of each one.

  • We use innovative tools DESIGN THINKING, GAMIFICATION, etc. Some created by us :).
  • The confluence of our work profiles means that we can understand FROM a MORE TECHNICAL or ENGINEERING PROJECT to a SOCIAL PROJECT.

1. INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS (45 min) where we inquire, through coaching, about the strategic and cultural vision of the partners and the team. Through active listening and powerful questions, we get each one to draw their essence from the project/company.

2. COMPETITION ANALYSIS

At KitCo we develop and deliver an analysis of the competition with value curves, strengths, weaknesses, "to take" aspects, "nice to have" aspects of the competition, etc. This knowledge allows us to enrich the entire KitCo Method process.

3. MISSION, VISION, PURPOSE AND VALUES.

2 GROUP SESSIONS (2 half-days) to define the vision, mission, purpose and values of the company, necessary to be aligned in decision-making and in the business culture. Being each member of the brand ambassador team.

4. BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (LEAN MODEL)

GROUP SESSION (half day). The Business Model Canvas (BMC) visually facilitates the observation and analysis of the business model.

We carry out the dynamics of the Business Model Canvas through the Group Coaching methodology, promoting reflection and team involvement.

5. SWOT

GROUP SESSION (half day). Once aligned and clear about the business model, we proceed with the SWOT.

The SWOT allows us to analyze our own and external factors and develop a business action plan to achieve your goals.

6. ACTION PLAN

GROUP SESSION (half day). Through Mental Maps we will carry out the action plans that result from the conclusions of the SWOT. This technique allows us to visually and creatively have a successful result.

7. PRIORITIZATION

GROUP SESSION (half day). Through the ball graphs we will prioritize the different resulting actions. Considering the urgency, impact and resources needed to set priorities.

8. BRAND ESSENCE AND KEY MESSAGES

GROUP SESSION (half a day) We will do the Donald Miller customer journey, the Diagram of Empathy and the dynamics of the buyer person, with the aim of establishing key messages to communicate and connect with your audience.

9. SDG, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

At KitCo we attach great importance to the connection of people and companies with the world through the 17 needs established by the UN for a better world, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. That is why we help companies to define and communicate the way to connect with some of the SDGs.
