INDIVIDUAL DYNAMICS FOR SELF-KNOWLEDGE

with the game of 56 stock cards you will be able to carry out a dynamic of individual values that will allow you to identify your SIX core values. Those values that keeping in mind in your life will make you feel that you are in coherence with yourself.

When you have your six values identified and arranged in order of importance, ask yourself the question of how you are keeping these values present in your life, do these values reflect your current life? Do these values reflect the person you would like to be?

The time we spend reflecting on values will allow us to be more aware of our life and make better decisions for our fullness.

DYNAMICS OF VALUES OF COUPLE - FAMILY

LThe couple, the family, the teams, are the ideal places to forge the values and achieve a more humane way of life, in harmony.

This dynamic will allow each member of the family or team to experience a process of self-knowledge, analyzing how important each of the values is for him or her, thinking of the family or team as a whole, for a development in harmony.

It will also allow family or group communication of topics that we do not usually express or talk about in our day to day. This simple fact will be totally enriching to get closer to the feelings of our relatives and to be able to connect with them.

DYNAMICS OF TEAM VALUES - COMPANY

This dynamic takes place in two phases. In the first phase, the 56 value cards on the table (or the floor, sitting on the floor) and leave some time to visualize them. Each person on the team will select at least two cards. A letter that inspires a value about herself, and a letter that inspires a value of the team or company. Each one will share with the others what has inspired the image of the selected cards.

This dynamic allows enter our interior making use of both rational part of the brain as well as the emotional part. It is then that the dynamic values of the team or company are carried out. From which each member of the team establishes the six values that they consider most important. They don't have to be current team or company values, they can also be desired team or company values.

The six values of each team member are put together and they are written down on a wall. Finally, the selected values are voted on by all the members of the team. This establishes the values of the team or company.
