Elsa Gimenez She is an engineer and a coach specializing in self-leadership and well-being. She is the founder of KitCo, a company that provides gamified resources for talent management and emotional intelligence development.
A chemical engineer who, after several years in positions of responsibility at various multinational companies in the energy and technology sector, decided to embark on her own personal project, KitCo. Its mission is to guide people in discovering their potential and developing intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, leading to a more motivated, satisfying, and fulfilling life, and making the world a better place. She lived on autopilot, working and developing her career, until one day she felt she had a different value to offer. She began volunteering in personal development, until she realized that this was her true calling. Currently, she is an ACTP-accredited coach by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) through ECOI (Escuela de Coaching Integral), a coach for adolescents and families through EEC (Escuela Europea de Coaching), and a sports coach through Quantum Bcn. She is an expert and certified in Assertive and Effective Communication from the Faber and Mazlish school and holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Emotional Intelligence from ESNECA Business School.
Engineering, combined with a passion for helping people and making the world a better place, has led her to create a unique, gamified, visual, and inspiring personal growth methodology based on talents, emotions, values, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which makes the difficult easy. She shares this methodology in companies, schools, public institutions, and other settings through workshops and presentations that offer meaningful experiences for learning how to be and how to live together, allowing each unique star within us to shine.
