Come to this experiential workshop where you will experiment and take tools such as DISC Y KitCo to better accompany people to achieve their goals, to discover themselves, to be the best version they can be; in short, to have the resources to make decisions that lead to greater motivation, well-being and satisfaction in life.
We will make games and dynamics to:
- Discover the TALENTS to build the VALUE PROPOSAL what makes us unique
- Be aware of VALUES genuine that leads us to act in coherence and have inner peace.
- learn from EMOTIONS to improve the EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT that leads us to regulate our moods and control our impulses, improving our assertive communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Develop SOFTSILLS, more human skills, both INTRAPERSONAL What INTERPERSONAL.
You will be certified in KitCo and become part of the community of professionals certified in the KitCo For Personal Development Methodology
In addition, you will take your coaching kit for games and dynamics, both individual and group, KitCo Professional, you DISC test and the book “Put yourself in Disc Mode”, by Marta Freire, finalist in the International Latino Books Awards 2021.

Games and Dynamics Kit to accompany people in their process of self-knowledge, personal development, and emotional intelligence.
Based on three pillars: TALENTS, VALUES AND EMOTIONS. With cards with inspiring images on one side and the definition in two languages to choose from on the other side.
Professional KitCo includes: 33 talent cards, 57 value cards, 50 emotion cards, 1 board – Emotional Map, 1 complete guide book for group and individual dynamics and games.
DISC TEST
A few days before the face-to-face workshop, we will send you the TEST DISC so that you can do it from your computer.
The Test identifies the characteristics of your personality and detects your abilities.
Giving you answers, among others, to these questions: What is your natural profile like? How is your way of doing things innately? And your profile adapted the way you act in the face of what happens around you? How do you adapt to your environment?
Book "Get in DISC mode"
Put yourself in DISC Mode is a self-knowledge guide that will allow you to learn about the DISC system (Direct, Influential, Confident and Compliant).
With the aim of avoiding and managing conflicts, improving communication and relationships, both personal and professional.
You will find communication exercises to carry out both with work teams and as a family. Put yourself in DISC Mode and start seeing life in color.

KitCo Certificate
Certification in KitCo as a professional specialized in the methodology of KitCo games and dynamics.
You will be part of the list of certified KitCo professionals who can take you to workshops and dynamics for clients interested in the KitCo methodology.
You will be part of the community of KitCo certified professionals where we will share experiences, doubts and ideas to get more out of your KitCo.

Analysis of results
DISC TEST
You will know your TEST DISC and we will analyze the result of it.
We will see how one's perception of oneself fits in with one's professional and personal competencies.
We will observe the areas for improvement that are identified to achieve the objectives, as well as the internal motivators, which are really the driving force behind decision-making.

We will discover and play with tools and methodologies that will allow you to accompany your clients to achieve their goals.

The objective of the webinar will be for you to feel that you are getting the most out of your KitCo and your DISC test.
